Stingray is a modern-casual restaurant that can dress up for a social occasion, but prefers to dress down for dinner on a Thursday. It’s menu is inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine, but with our own Century Hospitality flare and casual favourites. So don’t worry about sushi etiquette here – grab some sashimi, handrolls, and a cocktail to enjoy whatever the day or night is calling for.

For us, it’s where Japanese cuisine meets century hospitality group – It’s the essence of traditional and modern influences coming together.

This was our first visit to Stingray and we were very pleased with all aspects of the experience. We both enjoyed our meal choices - rockfish and chips; and sesame salmon bento box. The service was attentive and not intrusive. We found the noise level a bit more than we like, not surprising as there were lots of other diners obviously also having a good time. We definitely plan to return.

Everything about our experience was amazing from the atmosphere, to the food and the service. I picked this restaurant for my birthday celebration which turned out to be a great decision. Everyone loved it. There are so many restaurants in the city to choose from but Stingray exceeded all our expectations. It was everyone's first visit here except mine and we would all return. The food was delicious with much attention to detail. Thanks Stingray for making my birthday very memorable!!

Great experience in our first time at Stingray. The menu was terrific, drinks amazing, but most importantly, service from when we walked in to when we left was second to none. If you opened up a new restaurant, I would recommend being trained by the staff at stingray! Thank you for the exceptional experience!

When I arrived, they claimed my reservation didn't exist, which was disappointing considering the number of confirmation texts and emails I received in the days leading up to my reservation; however, they seated us and we had a great time. Staff is SUPER friendly, food was fantastic, and I will certainly be back. Parking is abundant and free, which is always something I have to consider when looking for a new place to dine.

Fantastic happy hour menu! The food never disappoints, and the staff is always positive, helpful, and friendly. One of my favourite places to go out for dinner.

Service was good but the food wasn’t very fresh and over use on the rice which was also cold and too firm.
