repeat visit, excellent food and service, will be returning addition of a charitable contribution and automatic 12.5% service charge should be removed and be discretionary

Was really looking forward to this meal here but was very disappointed. The food was good but nothing special for the price we paid , sadly the service wasn’t good . After our main plates were removed we were ignored for the next 20 minutes,nobody offered desserts , another drink or anything at all ! We finally got a waiter to bring the bill and it was then I noticed it included a service charge! I complained to the Head Waiter and all he did was remove the service charge ! A special treat ruined by poor service .

Very expensive for what we got, staff were very nice. Chips were too hot and burned me. No butter chicken or prawn cocktail available. Certainly not value for money. Disappointed

From the moment we stepped in to the restaurant we were greeted with a smile, that continued throughout the meal. Great table position looking out at people busy shopping etc. Very, very professional service that was homely, enjoyable., attentive. Food was cooked well and was totally adequate in portion size, anymore would have been too much . This was an anniversary for us topped of with a littlebpresent from the staff with 'Happy anniversary' written in chocolate on a white plate. Gordon, you have a great team in Liverpool.

If Gordon Ramsey was there he would have cursed out the chef and fired him. It was a terrible mistake to eat there.

Poor experience, food got stuck in my throat- couldn’t eat my main meal and no allowence was made on bill for my discomfort. Meat was too tough. Over rated and v disappointed. It was supposed to be for a special occasion.

Truly enjoyed it, value set menu has great choices especially having a steak as option and 2 course for £17. Good value for money
