Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Had a lovely 3-course Prix Fixe dinner at Del Lago. We sat at a table by the windows overlooking the lake, with all the trees decorated with white lights - magical. I had the Rigatoni Ai Funghi (sauce was excellent), and my husband had the Chicken Milanese (not over-breaded; it was well-seasoned). The Tiramisu for dessert, soaked in espresso, was also really good.

The squash and chestnut soup did not have much flavor and could have been so much better. The veal stuffed pasta was not very good and the mushroom rigatoni made my partner sick. Find another restaurant on the premises and don’t waste your money here. The small breadsticks were very tasty. Very, very disappointed. We waited until the last night of 5 staying at the Broadmoor. Ended on a not too good note.

The service in the restaurant just isn’t good anymore. I thought it had something to do with the automatic gratuity, but the bar has the same charge and the service is extraordinary. Waitress was rude, forgot a few things and ignored us. A real disappointment. The food is good but on the rich side for italian. Cheese plate and bread are great.

There is no better place to celebrate a big event! Great ambiance. Professional and personal service. Excellent sommelier. We ordered the Family Menu item with wine pairing for all. Everything was fantastic… except the entrees. Italian sausage and dry rotisserie chicken were OK. But they were disappointing given the quality of the rest of the meal — and, because of our expectations. But we had a great time with beautiful memories there. We will return.

The pizza had a perfect crust. It is enjoyable to watch it being made. The spaghetti with little neck clams had a very nice sauce.

We had The Feast of The Seven Fishes tasting menu which was offered during the Christmas season. It was excellent however it did feel like a bit too much food for a tasting menu . It was family style portions . The service was 5 star and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly!

Our experience here was pure magic at Christmastime. Service, ambience, food all wonderful. We will definitely be coming back. Looking forward to dining there in the summertime near the beautiful lake!
