Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

                                                                    This is a white tablecloth restaurant but not too formal, the menu is short enough to believe everything is freshly cooked but with enough choice for everyone. The flame grilled items had a delicious smokiness , portions were generous.

                                                                    Was a little disappointed we could not order happy hour drinks at our table. So if you want Happy Hour definitely sit in the bar and reserve a dinner for another night perhaps. The green chili queso is a must and the green chili stew is worth a try, so delicious.

                                                                    Great menu. Wanted 80% of the entries. Seared ahi was good. Short of great. Mixed salad greens was good along with the angels envy old fashion. Wife's trout was good. Veggies were not as fresh as desired. Service was okay - not great. Steaks looked great and mashed potatoes were good.
