Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

                                                                    Biggest disappointment was the Duck. Taste was OK but portion was skimpy considering the cost. The trout was nice size but could have used more seasoning. The chopped salad with steak was very good .
