Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

                                                                    First time dining at Roaring Fork. Service was good. Food was good, not great (my opinion). I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes. My husband had the salmon with green bean salad and a side of spinach and onions. He liked his meal a lot. He wants to come back again.

                                                                    The stieaks came out cooked wrong and had to be returned. and the noise from the party. Next door was excessive. We couldn’t even have a conversation.

                                                                    Excellent location upon arrival greeted with hospitality, and even though a place was crowded we were seated within 3 to 4 minutes. Our weight staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of the food was outstanding. I don’t think you could ask for anything more.

                                                                    We had Cornbread to start, trout for her and the burger for me. All the food was awesome. Kelsey is a fantastic and friendly waitress and Matt ( the manager ) spent some time at our table. Roaring Fork never disappoints!
