Come in and enjoy the relaxed, beach like setting in downtown Morgan Hill. Specializing in coastal seafood along with Pasta and a Californian centric menu. We offer monthly wine and food pairing events. Check our website for our daily specials.
We have been in Downtown Morgan Hill for over 25 years. Our goal has always been to bring our customers to the Beach. Not literally but when you step into our restaurant you will notice the beachy music playing the fun cocktails being crafted and the servers in their fun floral attire, its hard not feel like you are at the beach. Our chef's have been with us for more than 20 years. Everyone here is very dedicated in ensuring the quality of the food, the ambiance and the service is of top quality while ensuring our customers are having a great time at Rosy's at the beach. We offer Catering and Event Space rentals.

We had not been to Rosy’s much since the new owners took over, but I have to say that we will be going back more often since the most recent visit. The food was exceptional and our server was wonderful. Even on Valentine’s Day.

First time at the Restaurant, and it was EXCELLENT!!! Anna P. was absolutely wonderful; very friendly, knew all the dishes and specials, was very outgoing and talkative. Only downside was ... we left our leftovers on the table!!! Didn't realize until we were home, and we were so disappointed because both our dishes were delicious and we were looking forward to exchanging our dishes with each other to taste what the other had.

I always enjoy dining at Rosy's at the Beach. Their extensive menu options give me lots of choices, but I often stick with my favorite, the salmon burger. My dining companion pointed out how many other diners were looking at my plate and commenting that they would like to try it. (I order it without a bun, so the yummy salmon burger looked very inviting.) I was dining with a friend I hadn't seen in awhile, so we lingered over lunch. I did not feel rushed by our waiter, which I appreciated. There are fancier restaurants in Morgan Hill, but if I'm the one choosing, I will pick Rosy's. Every person I've taken there has loved it.

Another fabulous lunch at Rosy's! The open-faced crab melt sandwich was yummy, as were the salmon tacos! The calamari is crunchy and served with tartar & cocktail sauces. Of course, a cup of clam chowder is a must-have! The fresh, hot baked bread is available upon request. We always return for another meal at least 2-3 times/month.

Whenever we hear there is crab at Rosy’s wes are there. Had the crab melt while Lauri had her favorite Crab Linguini. Never disappointed . Service was good. Did have some fry’s that were on the cool side but staff replaced them with no issue. They want you to be satisfied, and I was.

This past Sunday was really an Off-Night. Short-staffed & apparently no onsite manager. Numerous bar beverages unavailable. One of which was Modelo Especial. Our waiter did a great job, as did everyone else.

Sundays loaded clam chowder is amazing! I would recommend also ordering a cup of clam chowder on the side to finish up the bread bowl.

No one is managing reservations. Made reservation 3 for lunch at 1 did not get seated until closer to 2. While walk ins were seated immediately. Ordered the tik tok famous loaded chowder bowl. It was bland with little flavor and less chowder than I’ve ever had. Lobster was over cooked. Sat us at tiny table near bar while couple was seated next to us at giant table. It was not a good experience at all.

Love Rosy’s - it’s been one of our favorite spots in Morgan Hill for many years. Appreciate that they’ve successfully made the transition to new ownership and held on to many of their longtime best team members who not only know us but treat the restaurant as though it is their own. Exactly what any small business owner (& customer) looks for to deliver quality, friendly service!!
