   First time trying this restaurant, we went out for a birthday dinner and all of us were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the three course meal, since we had the option of getting it on a Sunday. Everything was cooked to perfection. The applewood smoked bacon was delicious. The bread basket had many different varieties of bread as well as cornbread, which I love. Two of us ordered different steaks and one of us got the shrimp with the lump crab, and everything was cooked to perfection I would definitely go back and definitely recommend this restaurant

   Food selection at sunday brunch was lovely! The seafood, omelette, waffle, dessert and carving stations was especially spectacular. The crab legs and oysters were my favorite as was the giant grilled red snapper. Most impressive displays of food. The service was also very attentive - such great teamwork and everyone was pleasant and helpful. However, the noise level was a bit too much for a restaurant of this level - it felt like I was eating in a cafeteria. Also, I was disappointed with the sushi as they were not rolled very well and featured some very odd combinations including one made of sweet potato fries and another with fried chicken - they were not labeled so there are my guesses. Moreover, there was a very small display of sashimi that was not refilled very often so I only got 2 pieces the whole time I was there. We appreciated the special ice cream dessert in recognition of our anniversary! Thank you for a great time.

   Brunch is amazing! Lots of seafood, meats, salads and desserts choices. I definitely recommend going there for brunch.

   Great food! Terrible service our waiter forgot I told him it’s my wife’s birthday and totally ruined dinner. Our busboy was great, Hard to want to come back after an experience like that.

   Rothman's is one of our "go to" places for special occasion dining and again, Sunday evening, did not disappoint. Our first assigned table (a banquette) was not suitable (we much prefer a table) and the first alternate was not acceptable due to a lack of proximity to the restroom, but the maître d' did his best not to disappoint and found us a perfectly situated table, remaining pleasant solicitous throughout the table search. The service was well done, a bit on the slow-paced side perhaps, and definitely not rushed. The meals were well prepared and presented. The appetizers were delicious and the entrees were good, although the steaks were, perhaps, a bit on the rarer end of the spectrum relative to the diner's request, and the porterhouse (steak for 2) strip side was a bit chewy, likely a combination of the meat and the cooking but altogether, quite good The sides were excellent with the exception of the hash browns; quite overly "browned". Finally, the desserts were uniformly fabulous. Once again, a restaurant that remains on our "go to" list. Thanks

    I must say this place Rothmann’s Steak House in Long Island,NY ….the Ambiance and the staff was amazing but the value of this food we ordered on the menu was very expensive. We ordered a Wagyu porterhouse and they charge you $175 per person and steak was a regular size porterhouse for one. I think that that is ridiculous and my boyfriend and I love to dine out all the time and are not cheap when it comes to fine dining, but this is absurd.  And to be quite honest it tasted like any normal porterhouse steak so you mean to tell me that you’re gonna give me the same steak you would serve one person but because there’s two people eating it you’re gonna charge double the price for the same steak??? we’ve been to many different steakhouses never seen anything like that.
