    Great food other than 1 lobster trail was very overcooked. The service was HORRIBLY slow.

    Roys was clearly not prepared for the volume of diners tonight. Even though we had reservations we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I have ordered cocktails at Roy's often before but tonight, they were not done well; almost as though they had been watered down. The food was good. Hopefully, next year there will be more dining options on Christmas Day and we can give Roy's a break.

    The food the service and the presentation of our dinner was wonderful. They served a 3 course holiday menu for Christmas and everything was delicious. My husband had the steak and lobster tail. It was served perfectly rare. I enjoyed the Chilean sea bass. Thank you to the staff for everything.

    Not really up to the Roy’s experience available elsewhere - bland dining room and attention to detail is lacking. First, they were about 30 mins behind on reservations. Second, we have a son with a dairy allergy and the server wrote it down and they still brought mashed potatoes (with milk) and vegetables covered in butter. Third, my wife’s Tuna was ordered medium rare and came out well done. Additionally, the food took a long time to come out - we had a 7:45 reservation and didn’t get our Mains until 9:15pm. All told, our bill was almost $300 - and most would expect much better food for that price.

    Another FANTASTIC dining experience at Roy’s in Bonita Springs. The food was absolutely phenomenal from the initial presentation to the last bite. The staff went above and beyond as they always do. Pairing this with the atmosphere, my family had an amazing evening. Thank you Roys!!!

    We had an amazing night. We went to Roy's for Christmas Eve dinner. It was delish!! Our server Roland was very attentive and helpful. My husband had the Mahi, which was the catch of the day. I had the lobster tail, shrimp and scallops. It was fantastic. We will be back. Such a great experience. Thank You!!

    The food was excellent, but the service was not. Our server was at our table for one drink order, our food order, and to give us our bill.
