    Very disappointing experience. Took a very long time to be recognized by our waitress. She was very sweet and spent a good amount of time going over the specials, but generally just took way too long. During her drop off of our drinks we decided to hurry up and put our food order in as we had already been sitting for 45 mins, but she said yes I’ll take your order in just a sec. Waited another 10 mins. So while we had her attention again, we tried to get our dessert order in, and again she left our table saying yes, let me get you the dessert menu, (there are no dessert menus), and was gone again for 10 mins….. we were there for more than two hours and noticed upset diners all around us. At one point our neighbor actually got out of his chair, chased his waitress down and tapped her on the shoulder. Ambiance was too dark and noisy. Food was excellent. We finally got lots of attention after our food was delivered, I believe by then they realized that we had been there way too long. We got a few apologies and got comped our salads and desserts. Will not return, would rather pay full price for excellent service.

    This restaurant is always exceptional, and this visit was no different. We celebrated a friend's birthday so we wanted it all to be extra special -- it met that expectation! Make sure you order the Brussel Sprouts and the Szechuan rib appetizers, and one of the great fish entree selections (our personal favorites are the Hibachi Salmon and the Jade Pesto Steamer fish-pink snapper). Scallops were also a hit, as were the chocolate soufflé dessert and the upside down pineapple cake!

    What an amazing experience, food was out of this world! Service was astronomical our server was Braxton he was amazing. I can’t stress enough how good the food was. There is nothing I wouldn’t recommend. 10 out of 10

    One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Our server was very inattentive and inefficient. He didn’t check in with us enough and would consistently walk past us without asking if we needed anything, his other tables seemed to be equally frustrated. It took forever to get his attention and it was the first time I tipped below 20% in over 2 decades. Our food was also subpar for the exorbitant amount of money spent, will never return and do not recommend.

    Food was wonderful. Service was terrible. Waiter didn’t pay attention to order. It took 25 minutes to get two pieces of cheesecake and two glasses of port, the included dessert, after the entry was cleared from the table.
