I usually recommend this specific location to everyone as this is the location my husband and I frequent since 2008. The service has definitely gone down. There was a number of things that were not right but chose to ignore for the sake of celebrating my father’s 70th birthday. I don’t think I will return to this location. We had reservations for 4 people at 6:30pm. The place was overly busy. They didn’t seem to care to over pack the bar with people just standing around and to my surprise, the booth they gave us was at the bar. It was extremely loud and obnoxious. It was uncomfortable to have to walk through people who were just in the way. Remember how I said it was my dad’s birthday, well normally they do the custom menus, which they didn’t do, they didn’t even do the birthday card. Which whatever but when I called they said they would. Even when I asked them at the front upon check in they stated they would. We ordered good amount of food & appetizers. We ordered a seafood platter, crab cakes and 2 Caesar salads to start. Our server was okay in the beginning but didn’t really come back to check on us, unless we waved him down. We ordered Porterhouse steak for 2, 11 oz Filet w/ large Lobster tail, lobster mac, cremini mushrooms. When our meals came, the server brought us “new appetizer plates” I thought it was a mistake and he doubled down when I said wait, where are the hot plates? And he looked at me as if it was almost an inconvenience. He took the small plates and made us wait a good amount of time before getting us hot plates. I then noticed that the kitchen did not bother to slice the porterhouse, so I asked for the Laguiole or Zwilling steak Knives. And again not too happy with my request. I’m sorry, the steak was to share and it’s always cut. I get it, it’s busy, but the experience should always be pleasant. This was not even the end of it. Anyway, we spent $500 pre tip. Which I know is to be expected but the service was just not there. My dad noticed too

Love this restaurant for the excellent dining experience and food, especially the ribeye steak so juicy and tender. A wonderful place to celebrate special occasions. But a bit pricey though

The food was good. Our server was nice and responsive, but seemed a little stretched. What we did not like is where they sat us. It was by the bar and near all the extra chairs and high chairs. It did not feel like an experience that I would typically get from the Ruth’s Chris brand. These back stock furnishings should be nowhere near customers having dinner.

We recently dined here & were celebrating a birthday & had a great experience. We were greeted promptly along with our drink order being taken as well. All of the food came out in a timely manner & everything tasted delicious. Both Nick & Izzy had great customer service. They were attentive, cleared out any plates that needed to be removed quickly & we were also presented with a birthday dessert. They made our dinner memorable & we will definitely be returning to this location.

Amazing service! Our server, Loren, was exceptional. Drinks were always refilled without us having to ask, and the meat arrived sizzling hot on the plate. Simply outstanding. We will definitely be back!

The server Tyler was so nice and helpful. But the foods was overly seasoned, from the cowboy steaks to the au gratin are salty. The only we like is the crab cake stuffed in mushroom.
