After visiting this location a few times, unfortunately our recent Valentine’s Day visit was terrible. We arrived 15 min early for our reservation (9:30pm was the only available reservation). We waited about 45 min which was totally fine. We understand how holidays can get crazy. However, when we were finally seated we sat in the tent part of the dinning room which was freezing cold. We waited there for about 25 min before a waiter even acknowledged us. By then we already knew everything we wanted to order. Simple mixed drink and a glass of wine took about another 20 min to arrive. The dinner took about 45-50 min. Just overall a horrible experience. We saw many other tables complaining about the temperature in the room as well as the service and wait time. One table of about 6 people even got up and walked out. Highly disappointed

My experience was by far one of the worst experiences I've every had at a 5 star restaurant. My reservation was at 9:30pm on Valentines Day....I understand on that day it was going to be busy. I started out at the bar, I sat there for 40 minutes and no one never offered me a glass of water let alone ask if I wanted to order a drink. I had a party of 5 and they sat us in a closed in tent on patio furniture chairs. Some of the food was cold and had to be sent back....My experience was terrible and I would never go back or recommend anyone to go there

Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this location and would highly recommend it to our friends. However, the cream spinach could have been improved.

Our time here at the restaurant and the ambience of it was very delightful but it’s the fact that Customer Service could’ve been a little bit better. The waiter did not even offer us water or drink at the first beginning and literally took two hours and 45 minutes for us to be even served But overall if you do want to experience this restaurant I will get it. I will give it technically a five out of 10, so it’s based of what you like what you want at the restaurant

There’s lots to love about this restaurant…just not on holidays. Our second time (first was New Year’s Eve) on Valentine’s Day was marked by slow service, soggy French fries and the dreaded “special” menu that limits choices and features high prices. We ordered the most expensive steak (tomahawk ribeye) for two and were only given 1 side with meal and paid about $16 extra for the fries. Other diners each got 1 side with their order. Our steak was good but not great. Our companion’s t-bone looked amazing. There was a festive atmosphere and the ladies each received a rose. Our meal took over 3 hours from appetizers to check. Next time we’ll skip the holidays.
