    Running behind from seating through food arrival. This is the first time we’ve experienced so many issues- took about 40 minutes from time of order to steak arrival. Steaks were ok, but not as expected. There was only cheesecake for dessert which was a discouraging. Server was nice but working a number of tables- appreciated that he kept us up to date on delays.

    They were very busy with it being CHRISTmas. We was a few minutes early from our reservation. After we was seated the waiter didn’t know we was in his section because no one told him. We placed all of our order drinks appetizers and food. We received our salad first. I had to ask for our tea. Than we received our appetizer. Once our food came out the baked potatoes were cold and not done and the steaks were very hot we couldn’t eat them even after blowing on them. Once I asked for go boxes the waiter had everything boxed up and bill ready for us and said have a good night. I understand they were busy and things happen.

    This is our fourth year to have Christmas dinner at your reataurant. This last visit was average at best. First, our service was slow. Not sure who that's on. Our waiter Brandon was very nice but said repeatedly that the bar and kitchen were "backed up". Then, my steak was somewhat burned on the outside and the plates were not sizzling as usual and the steaks were warm, not hot. Potatoes au gratin were some cubed potatoes with some sauce poured over them and some cheese on top. Awful. My wife orederd a salad with no bacon and there was bacon on it. Bread pudding was chunks of bread with some sauce on it. This was awful too. I know I'm only one customer so who cares but unfortunately, we will not be back. For these prices things should be close to perfect, if not perfect.

    Randa was an amazing server who kindly helped us with various requests. The chef was second to none with the delicious meals we were served. It was a delightful place to enjoy a Christmas meal with our two grandchildren. Thank you Randa for all you did to make our time at Ruth’s Chris a memorable time.

    Had Christmas lunch & had wonderful experience. The sweet potato dish was so good.

    Our server was great. The food was great. Entire experience 10/10. The hostesses were nice and accommodating . I truly enjoyed the entire experience

    I had a delicious Christmas meal at Ruth Chris. The restaurant was crowded but the service remained excellent. The meal was outstanding. I was in a party of three. We ordered different entres. Everyone really enjoyed their entree. They were served hot and inviting. Ruth Chris made my Christmas Day exceptional!

    Expecting an elegant experience and expertly prepared steak but was a disappointment in both counts. Gum smacking and charmless hostess. Took over an hour to receive our meals and all the steaks were very overcooked. Four steaks, two shared side dishes and wine for four cost over $400 and so not worth the money! Ruth’s Chris is not what it once was.

    My family celebrates at Auntie Ruth’s many times a year. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Promotions, Raises, Good grades…… I love them!
