    Great dining and service, as usual. It is a wonderful space to celebrate with loved ones, and they never disappoint.

    Hi we ate dinner last night in your restaurant and the service was extremely slow. The waiter did try hard but are steak was served dripping in butter when we ordered no butter, they immediately took it to the back brought another steak out 7 min later now the vegetables and potatoes were now cold. Steak was raw when ordered medium so one more time he takes 3/4 of a steak and cooks it some more veggies potatoes even more cold. Pomegranate martini had no vodka in it, idk why as it was not ordered as a virgin. Ordered dessert and coffees three coffees were brought 5 min apart from each one that was served and the dessert was gone by time anyone even got their coffee at all. Had to ask for bread and butter it was truly our worst experience at Ruth’s Chris ever and it’s our favorite. So many steak houses to choose from it most likely won’t be Ruth’s Chris. Sadly disappointed

    Food and bar staff were fantastic. However, I booked a 6:30pm table for two. Arrived at 6:30. Was told they were running 20 minutes behind for tables bc it was Thanksgiving. No worries, I understood and opted to wait at the bar. 20 minutes came and went. At 30 minutes I sent my daughter to check on the table. Not ready. At 45 minutes I called the hostess stand from the bar. I did not want to lose my seat bc it was now 3 people deep bc of the table back up. Still no table and they could not give me an ETA. So my daughter and I ate our porterhouse for two at the bar. Food and bar staff were great but I was very disappointed to be eating Thanksgiving dinner at a bar when I had reservations. Never again.
