    We have eaten many times at this restaurant and always had great meals. For some reason, the food was definitely off the other night. Steaks were not cooked to the right temperature and service was lackluster. Didn’t truly understand why because they weren’t that busy. We’ll definitely go back because we’ve had many great past experiences, but definitely hoping for a better experience in the next time.

    Frequent Ruth Chris customers. Ordered the rib eye. Normally order the large fillet. Steak was cooked correctly but was tough as shoe leather. First bad experience. Could only eat half of the steak due to poor quality. Payed half the price for a much for a great rib eye at Long Horn.

    This restaurant never disappoints. From checking in thru dinner. The cheerful nature of the women st the front desk was delightful. The wait staff was friendly, patient with questions and attentive but not overly so. Food of course was delicious. That never disappoints. The noise level was fine. It’s Christmas time. Cheerful st times as well as quiet. Always recommend this restaurant. And we always come back

    Went with another couple for my husband's 55th birthday. They made him feel SO special & the food was fantastic!!!!! Couldn't have been better A++

    Much improved from our last visit a few years ago. Mainly due to our waiter. All in all a v nice experience. Manager and waiter sang happy birthday to my wife. I suggested it jokingly and they surprised her. Tim

    The seafood tower and steaks were amazing. Our server was training a new staff member and the service was seamless. And the General Manager made rounds to various tables and was very engaging. Overall, very impressive
