Dexter, as always was so professional and kind. He is so consistent in his service and style. The food is always excellent and I continue the dining experience.

Service was slow and the waiter was not very attentive. Food was made well other than the Caesar salad having about a pound of parm cheese added unnecessarily.

Ruth’s Chris Downtown Atlanta service was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative as well as very attentive, our server made sure we had everything we needed and asked multiple times if there was anything he could get for us. He even packed our to go plates. I’m assuming the General Manager or Lead even came to our table to ask how our food and experience was. Truly a great experience from a service standpoint. The food was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend ordered the double breast stuffed chicken with au gratin potatoes, while I ordered a NY Strip steak along with a lobster mac n cheese. The food did not take long to come out considering it seemed pretty busy. The sides were big enough for both of us to share and have leftovers! Great wine and cocktail selection! Do not let the prices deter you from coming here it was completely worth it and I will be gladly returning. Truly a 10/10 restaurant experience from start to finish!

This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was delightful. The valet was the only part that didn't go to plan, but it wasn't bad enough to diminish my dinner experience.

Wonderful dining experience! Jeremy was fantastic and attentive, and the food was delicious. We had a great view of the park with all the lights on. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was amazing. However, the service was a bit disappointing. The server forgot to mention that the kitchen was closing even though we told her that we wanted dessert when we ordered our entree. Also, they forgot to bring my shrimp and sweet potato side dishes. But the food made up for a lot of the flaws. I ordered and received the ribeye and Brussels sprouts, which were so good.

The Centennial Park location is a wonderful place to fine on Christmas. We have noticed in the last few years a decline in service. They were busy, servers were rushed and I get it; it’s Christmas. The food was good but not as good as previous years.

Four dirty glasses, cold and bland food, a forgotten entree, forgotten bread, forgotten tea, missing wine, warm champagne, cold scalloped potatoes, over cooked steaks were enough to assure no one in our party will ever go back there! Not to mention being seated by the kitchen, waiting 20 minutes even though we had a reservation. Very disorganized frenzy!

I had reservations at Ruth’s Chris in Atlanta for Christmas Day at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We weren’t seated until 5:30 PM, which we didn’t mind too much because it was the holidays, and delays were understandable. However, the real issue began with the service. We didn’t receive our food until 8:45 PM. That’s nearly four hours of waiting! Our waiter informed us that our ticket had somehow been lost, which explained why tables that arrived long after us were being served and leaving before we even got our meals. In total, we watched at least seven tables come and go while we waited. When the staff realized their mistake, there was no sense of urgency to correct it or expedite our service. This lack of attentiveness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, one of the servers accidentally flipped my lamb chops over, requiring them to be taken back to the kitchen and replaced. We were told a manager would come to speak with us. Initially, a woman—who seemed to be a visiting manager—came to our table instead. She made an unhelpful and dismissive joke, saying, “Well, was it at least worth the wait?” The answer was a clear no. Finally, the actual manager, Dexter, arrived. While he apologized, his offered compensation felt inadequate: he removed only the sides, one steak, and offered desserts on the house. For a table of three, that level of compensation didn’t match the magnitude of the inconvenience we experienced. By this point, we declined the desserts because we simply didn’t want to wait any longer. Even after we received our food, the delays continued. We waited an excessive amount of time to get the check, and when we requested Dexter to return to our table, he prioritized other tables before addressing us. This lack of attentiveness and care was frustrating and left a lasting negative impression. Overall, this experience fell far below Ruth’s Chris standards. I will not be back
