    They appeared to be fully staffed and restaurant did not appear to be full. Yet service was ridiculously slow or non existent.

    Terribly disappointing for a high end steak restaurant. It felt like we were in a cafeteria room with stick dining chairs and table. I would not recommend this Ruth Chris to anyone looking to experience a high end steak restaurant.

    If you like chain places this is probably for you. Independent steak houses are more charming and offer better flavor, plus your supporting local. Service was great, food service was quick.

    Excellent servers - Andrew and Ashleigh were very attentive and quick. The food was very good and prepared as ordered.

    One of the Best Restaurants I have ever been to. Service from start to finish was exceptional. Our food was prepared to perfection.

    Where do I start. Drinks and waters took over 30 minutes to receive, some didn’t even get their drinks, and most ordered doubles because there was such a delay of service. The tonic water drinks were not good, and when delivered the ice was melted and the drinks were given to the wrong people. Further, when one of our guests asked what beers were on tap, the server said I don’t know and gave our guest an iPad and said it should be in there. The manager was promptly notified of our concerns and service as we had another event to attend later that evening, but that only made our server, Dexter, more angered and abrupt. When ordering dinner he was not accommodating when asked questions about sides and accompaniments. The food came out sporadically, not very hot, and to top it off not even what was ordered. Due to the fact we had another event to attend, we grabbed the bill with no desserts, nor after dinner drinks and although requested, no additional tip other than the 20percent already charged. Shame on you Ruth’s Chris, I have had a better meal at Outback for a lot less.
