    The food and service was excellent! It is obvious the prices are higher than last few years. It was the first time we were put in a makeshift room. The atmosphere was rather like moving cattle thru town. Shame on management for presenting this room as “ exquisite dining”!

    Not the typical RC experience. Tried to have too many guests and it felt like I was in pre-planned menu. The service was horrible and makes me second-guess returning there.

    Not as great as it used to be. Service was decent, food took a long time to come out and flavors weren’t as good as usual.

    Fantastic service by GIL. Celebrated NYE with friends and GIL made the meal extra special. This kind of personal service is rare. We keep coming back for GIL.

    Everything was lovely, other than the initial reception. We waited ten minutes to be seated, past our reservation time of 5:00. The food was wonderful, the waiter perfect and we totally enjoyed the New Years Eve meal.

    Food was outstanding once we finally received it. Took entirely too long to receive upon ordering it considering the cost of an individual entree here. Also, was incredibly disappointed when, shortly after ordering, we were told there was no more mashed potatoes nor creamed spinach. The difference between choosing this restaurant & another for our evening was in no uncertain terms because my wife loves the creamed spinach. We will eat Ruth’s Chris again, maybe not this one, but it will be a while before I can see anyone in my party being too terribly excited about it.

    Steaks were not the right temperatures. They were both medium rare and ordered medium and medium well. Tuna was good

    Kaitlyn was an amazing waitress. She was very helpful and attentive. Food was great and steaks were cook perfectly. Thanks for a great date night!

    Had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes for a table. Food took over an hour to arrive. Two of the steaks not cooked as ordered. They offered to return and cook again but after waiting an hour already we declined. It Took four requests from four different people to get salad dressing that was ordered originally. Cocktails took 30 minutes to arrive and the ice was melted and drinks room temperature when they arrived. Oscar that was ordered had just a spoon of crab with no sauce at all. When ask, they ran out. Also ran out of olives at the bar. Overall a very poor experience. The Restaurant did comp our sides for our trouble. Server was ok, but she had no help in a super busy evening.
