    This was an excellent dinner, as always. The food was prepared perfectly, and they gave us a free dessert since it was our anniversary.

    We were shocked to not be able to get lobster bisque! However, everything was wonderful, our server was terrific!!! The only friction came when we first entered from the older female hostess. It was very slippery when we came in and we mentioned it to the hostess. The two young girls were lovely and amazing as always, but the older woman - who we were not familiar with - was obviously annoyed and extremely short and dismissive.

    As always had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Food is pricey but always delicious. David, our waiter was the best. He took excellent care of us.

    Great service, great food. Low ambiance score was not the restaurants fault. A group of drunk idiots were next to us. (Came from Bengals game). Lot's of noise, loud voices and F-bombs. Distracting and inappropriate. The management did a good job by kicking them out so kudos to the staff!

    Restaurant was really packed after the Bengals game. Felt so sorry for the staff as they had to deal with numerous drunk and disruptive customers.

    Didn’t have the greatest service unfortunately. It was busy and probably an off night for the server. My filet was incredibly tough and I didn’t finish over half. The server never asked if something was wrong with the meal even though I didn’t take it home. We likely won’t be back to this location.

    I always take out my family for Christmas Eve eve. Our daughter daughter-in-law has celiac disease, and we wanted to find a place that was comfortable for her to eat. Great evening, great service, great food, we will definitely be back.
