Ruth's Chris Steak House serves the finest aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef. Broiled in a trademark 1,800° oven & served on a plate heated to 500 degrees, your steak is presented sizzling hot at your table.

    Everything seemed fine until I to chew FOREVER on my gristle(supposed to be steak). But our waiter was exceptional.

    This was our 3rd year going to Ruth Chris Steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary. The previous 2 years everything was excellent! However last night we were disappointed. We always order the Porterhouse for 2 with a baked potato. We also had Ruth Chris salad and spicey shrimp. The salad and shrimp were excellent, however we were disappointed in the porterhouse and baked potato, not so much. We sent the baked potato back because it wasn't hot and old, meaning brown in color. The next potato was hot, but still brown in color. The steak was okay, but not as good as the previous 2 years. At the cost of $119.00, I expected much better!

    Our ladies' group enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The food was excellent as well as the service.

    Great service from René!! Our steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing as always. René made sure we were never thirsty, and gave us a dessert that made our night! If you are looking for a romantic evening I recommend visiting this location and requesting René!!

    This was not a good experience for me at Ruth Chris in Columbia, SC. It was my birthday and I waited over a hour for a waiter to come to our table. When he finally did it took longer for our food and we had to remind him to bring out our drinks. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
