Ruth's Chris Steak House serves the finest aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef. Broiled in a trademark 1,800° oven & served on a plate heated to 500 degrees, your steak is presented sizzling hot at your table.
Additionally, the menu includes select fresh seafood & other meat entrees, including seasonal specialties like foie gras, buffalo strip & scallops.     We are here because our home flooded and been living in a hotel for about four months but now I think we will be spending our Christmases differently now. This has been a great experience and so happy and blessed Ruth Chris was open for Christmas. The staff was great and we really appreciate them for working today for those who had no where else to go. Thank you

    The restaurant was not prepared to receive the significant amount of Christmas Day guests. Had a 3:30 reservation, but wasn't seated until well after 4pm. Dozens of fellow patrons filled the lobby, waiting to be seated as well. Bottom line, food was excellent, everything else (e.g. kitchen, bussing of tables, etc.) was grossly out of sync. Not likely to patronize on Christmas Day ever again as my experience didn't meet Ruth's Chris' historically high standards.

    I was offered the table sitting right in the doorway/walkway - the worst table in the restaurant. I asked for one elsewhere, and was told they were fully booked and there was no other table I could have. The restaurant was moderately busy - it frequently is - but I've NEVER had a problem getting a different table if offered a poor one. We generally have been doing 3 or 4 outings a year at Ruths - we'll be taking our business elsewhere. S.Brown

    This is our second year eating at Ruth's Chris for Christmas Day lunch. Both times, we've had a pleasant experience. Note: they do offer selections other than steak and beef.

    When we got sat we found out we didn’t have the right count to include two kids… when we asked the host staff to see if we could move to another table, they were more than gracious and understanding and coordinated the move. They were patient and set us up at another table. We were able to enjoy our meal and the kids were able to spread out. Many thanks to the host staff. We have been having a family Christmas Eve dinner for many years and this staff has always been attentive and helpful.

    The seafood tower is our favorite. Our server, Krissy, was fantastic.

    Reservation was for 7:30, arrived at 7:20 and wasn’t seated until 7:50. Waiter stated he had a helper, never saw them. Sat without refills for 10-15 minutes. Had to get up twice for refills. Food took about 45 minutes to come out. Steaks usually come out sizzling, they did not, and the plate was dry where it appeared it was allowed to cool off. Steak was still warm but definitely not the signature 1400 degrees they advertise. And the sizzling plate is something I look forward to. Anyways majority of sides were like warm at best, lobster Mac and cheese was borderline cold. Steak was also overcooked. Terrible service, only saw him when he took our order and brought the check. Everything else was completed by grabbing wait staff as they walked by. Disappointed to say the least, unlikely to return, especially given the price point.
