    Got to the restaurant 30 minutes before our dinner reservations at 6pm to beat the dinner traffic. We've dined at RC Flemings and Perrys during busy peak days and have never had this happen. Ordered 2 filets (cooked medium) off the kids menu for my kids to eat. They came perfectly cooked but heavily seasoned with pepper. As expected, the kids were not happy as they were too spicy and we sent the steaks back. A this point, my wife and I receive our meals and finish them. They finally bring out the kids steaks again and one came out rare and the other medium rare. Very disappointed with the kitchen not the service. Our waiter Sebastian was great.

    The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare. The server offered to cut the steak for the kids and I was so thankful for that. A very nice experience.

    An exceptional Christmas Eve 5-person family dinner, and while we've been to this Coral Gables Ruth's Chris restaurant many times over the years, and it has always been dependable, this was our best and most memorable on multiple scores. The service, this time by Kaci L., was particularly excellent -- never rushed, always patient, though without losing attentiveness, and extremely accommodating. And every item was cooked perfectly. Ahi tuna, barbeque shrimp and stuffed mushroom appetizers have long been my favorites, and were terrific. The filets and NY strip steaks were perfectly cooked and really tasty, even without the special toppings, and every side dish was relished by all, from the au gratin potatoes to the creamed spinach to the particularly loved mac & cheese. Lots of leftovers were neatly packaged for each of us, so we were actually able to enjoy them again the next day. Typically, holiday meals out can be rushed and unsatisfying. This one was the opposite. It was hours of fine and relaxed dining for which we were all extremely grateful. Thanks you Kaci and Ruth's Chris.

    RC is a good to...you can always depend on great steak...wine list not bad too.

    We had such an incredible time! Our server Liliana was absolutely amazing she made sure our anniversary was extra special and went above and beyond. The food was DELICIOUS everything we had was finger licking.
