    Service was excellent. Thank you, Cody. But our steaks were way overpriced and badly cooked. At least 1/3 of my filet mignon was well done when I actually ordered it medium rare. It is really strange to see this happened. And the ribeye was tasteless. A shame, since the place is comfortable and has no music or noise levels interrupting conversations.

    Our experience at the restaurant was not good. They forgot our side dishes and it took a long time to seat us. The prices did not reflect the quality of the dishes.

    Food is very good, service was marginal- friendly but very robotic, not personally, forgot to place our salad order prior to main course, just marginal. For a steakhouse to yell out peoples names when their table is ready - should be addressed. Overall it was just fine.

    The steaks we ordered were either too well done or very rare (we ordered medium) and came to the table not sizzling whatsoever. The garlic mashed potatoes did not have any garlic and were lacking butter. The lobster tails were awful and dry with too much paprika and very salty - a big disappointment. The desserts were barely mediocre. One of the worst Ruth’s Chris restaurants I’ve been to.

    Sebastian our server was phenomenal. Very attentive to our needs with our 18 month old. Food was great, service even better.

    Our waiter Sebastian was outstanding and so kind! Excellent service. We met Isis, Manager from Nola, she personally came to the table to introduce herself and ask us how everything was! Outstanding service on a busy day like today! Front desk hosts (wish I would remember their names) were sweet and so welcoming!
