    I would love if the dinning experience would be more private and as cramped in the one room. That also makes it loud. Nevertheless the food and service was fabulous as usual!

    The food was the great. Our waiter was not super friendly and seemed very rushed. I realize the place was crowded but compared to the service the table beside us received, it could have been better.

    Terrible, inattentive service. Dinner took 2.5 hours as wait staff continually ignored table throughout the evening. Wait staff repeatedly told us how overworked they were, then finger pointed at each other as reason for poor service. After paying $500 for a dinner for four (2 adults and 2 kids), our expectations were much, much higher. Bad showing overall, though the food was good.

    I've been coming to Ruth Chris many times in the past, starting at the SF location over 20 years ago and eating at multiple locations - including this location several times. We usually go out of our way to eat here. But the downward slide in quality is evident, and I probably will skip Ruth Chris in the future. - The steaks were either over or under cooked (all ordered medium rare) - I question if the NY strip is actually USDA Prime as stated on the menu, as I've had better USDA Choice cuts from Costco. - The sides were so over priced it's laughable. I know there's inflation happening, but $12 for four spoonfuls of watery creamed spinach? You get the point.... - One of the chocolate cake desserts tasted like it had been siting next to coffee or had bad coffee grounds pushed into it. Overall, a sub-par experience at an elevated price point. I'm used to steak houses like Morton's, Donovan's, Peter Luger (many a fist full of cash forked over at the NY location) and others which justify the price. The quality to price ratio here doesn't cut it.

    It was the best Christmas Eve dinner! We were welcome with a glass oh champagne and Paulo, our server was outstanding! Scrumptious meal!

    Our steaks were not cooked to requested temp. We felt a bit rushed out as it was busy. Our server was kind but seemed overwhelmed. Not like our past experiences. Likely wouldn’t recommend going close to holidays.
