    First time at Ruth's Chris for both my wife and me. Excellent steak, sides and salad. Our waiter, Patrick, was excellent. It was my wife's birthday. Nice touch on the birthday dessert. Enjoyed our evening.

    My wife ordered an Old Fashion. It came with nugget ice. Anyone who knows about an Old Fashion knows these are to be served over a large block of ice. We especially expected this in a Ruth’s Chris. Then the waiter didn’t bother to ask the temperature of my wife’s steak. We had to tell him before walking away. Of course the steak came out and was overcooked. When I mentioned it to the waiter he started to say she ordered it Medium Well. Really? Like we don’t know what the hell we want? Anyways, meal ended up just ok. Ambience was crappy. We would’ve been better off spending 1/3 of what we did at a Texas Roadhouse. We won’t be back.

    Ruth’s Chris is our favorite. The ambiance was perfect, our waiter Rich was amazing and the food is always consistent. Had petite filet, house salad, an Aperol spritz. Others at the table ordered the sweet potato casserole. First time I tasted it and it was so yummy!!!!

    We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here. Table had a sprinkling of hearts and happy anniversary confetti. Our server Matthew was friendly, attentive and fun. We ordered cocktails, then their ribeye, petite medallions and shrimp, 2 sides that we shared, and dessert and we enjoyed them all.

    Ever since Darden Restaurants acquisition of Ruth’s Chris I’ve noticed a slight difference in some appetizers and desserts. Some appetizers (mushroom stuffed crab meat) seem to have less flavor (and some desserts seem to be too sweet (crème brûlée). The steaks and lamb are still delicious. The lack of soup choices is disappointing too. Soup of the day is what you get and every time I’ve gone it’s always the French onion soup (last three visits). Miss the lobster bisque.
