    Steak was better than the last time a few years ago. It was outstanding! Ranch dressing was so good and cream brûlée was better than most! Yummy and stuffed

    I come here at least 4 times a year for the last 4 years now. For any special occasion this is the place I come to. Today we were celebrating our Valentine’s and we just got married so we came to celebrate. However, the table was not even decorated and it seemed like no one read the reservation that said we were celebrating. The table is almost always decorated for special occasions. My sever Micheal didn’t even bother to ask if we were celebrating anything and a server behind our table even asked several tables if they were celebrating anything today. I also felt like he rushed us to order and just wanted us to leave ASAP. This by far one of my worst experiences at this Ruth Chris. What makes it even worse is it was Valentine’s and a wedding celebration it wasn’t like it was a regular dinner. Several other tables also had rose petals and red napkins. I feel like we were rushed out and not even acknowledged. This was such a shock as previous experiences have never been like this. My spouse and I are very disappointed.

    The best Valentine’s Day ever! My significant other and myself was treated with the upmost respect and compassion from the greeters, servers, and waiters! Was not our first nor last time visiting! See you guys soon Xoxo

    I had the bone-in ribeye, which was cooked perfectly to my liking. My wife had the roasted chicken, and it was very good and juicy! The Brussel Sprouts were awesome as well, but the lobster mac was sub-par. Overall, I will go back! Our waitress was very engaging. However, she seemed to spend too much time with useless banter with each customer, which made her service slow down, in my opinion.

    It was great . Loved the service food was as always amazing. They took away free cake at the end boo when cleabrating a special event.

    Horrible Experience, my girlfriend waited 15 minutes for her dressing for her salad, her steak was under cooked, and instead of making her a new steak, they tried cook the old one. Customer Service was horrible. Horrible Experience…..

    Really really disappointed. Took over an hour to get served. Told the server as well as on the reservation noted we had a show to attend. 5:30 reservation, for 7:30 show that was simply a 5 minute walk. Didn’t get dinner until 6:45. Appetizers was cold, and server essentially seemed to forget us. When I asked about the wait - had the manager come up and basically say “sorry we’re busy- I’ll buy you dessert”. We skipped dessert as we had to go and risked being late for the show. We frequent this Ruth Chris often, and make it an annual trip for our anniversary. This was disappointing.

    This is our regular Valentine tradition. Ruth’s Chris never lets us down. Great food and excellent service.

    My wife and I dined here for Valentine’s Day dinner, our server was Mark and he was extremely helpful for us as it was our first time dining in at a Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The food was fantastic and the portion size was much larger than other high-end steakhouses we have been to in Fort Worth. The atmosphere may have been my favorite part. The dining area was picture perfect. Ruth Chris will be my go to recommendation for anyone looking to get a high-quality steak experience in Fort Worth .
