Gonna be honest. Wasn’t all that impressed and it hurt my feelings. Table cloth, plates, and sliver ware was dirty. Orders were wrong. Food was okay but not worth the price. I dont mind paying for good food, but this wasn’t it

Went for my daughters birthday. Service was horrible. Many tables that were seated well after us finished before us. Appetizers took 1 hour before they came out. Then I had to call the manager to have someone clear the table after we sat there for 20 minutes with dirty dishes. My steak was overcooked and the iceberg lettuce was so bitter.

It was 5 out of 5!! Everthing was scrumpdilious!! I would recommend everyone to go there atleast once!!

I attended a Moët Chandon wine dinner and the food didn’t seem spiced well. It was too salty or too heavy on the spices. For $150.00 I expected more food than one cracker with goat cheese for appetizer, one fish ball that was too salty to eat, the dessert wasn’t baked well. I don’t can know how you can ruin an apple tart but it had no taste; the dough was awful. Last year two options of vieve cliquet was offered. This year not at all. Some of the other dinners I attended like Caymus was outstanding. Tonight was completely different.

It was okay. Waiter made some mistakes. Side dishes were too indulgent and akin to sides we’d find at Cracker Barrel. Ton of butter and sugar. Expected something more refined.

Superb service (we tipped 25%), the food portions were larger than expected and seasoned well. No complaints. There was a moldy smell that was enough for my son to walk out and wait for our table to be ready. Very friendly hostess and bartender too.

From the moment we arrived at Ruth Chris, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The host promptly seated us in a cozy booth, just as we had requested, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Hannah, was attentive and friendly, ensuring our drinks were refilled and our needs were met throughout the meal. When we encountered a minor issue with our main entrée, Hannah was quick to offer a resolution without questioning the issue. The manager, Patrick, soon after came to our table. He not only resolved the issue with grace but also offered a couple of fantastic suggestions to enhance our dining experience. His recommendations truly elevated our meal. This restaurant holds a special place in my date's heart, and seeing her enjoy every moment made the evening even more memorable. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes Ruth Chris a top choice for any special occasion. We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites, eager to return soon.
