   Per assurdo la cosa meno buona era la bistecca : antipasto ( cravatta cake ) eccellente come anche il contorno ( spinaci cremosi ) e dessert ( creme brulee )

   Everything was perfect!! The server was so kind and courteous! My food was exquisite! Being that it was a late night reservation the service was impeccable!

   Once again an unpleasant experience for my son’s birthday. Had to wait 30 min to be seated for our reservation. Then they sat us outside the server station which was very loud and quite unprofessional. Could hear every conversation with the server staff. Waited 10 min to be greeted, ordered a cocktail, and then waited 30 minutes to receive said drink. 30 minutes!! We were there at 8:30pm. They close at 10pm. There was no excuse for the long ticket time for said drink. I personally ordered the crab and when it arrived most of the meat was burnt and basically gave up even commenting to the waiter. Wanted to see if he would inform a manager. Nope never happened. I was watching a female waiter hand out roses to the ladies. My waiter didn’t offer me a rose and ask him if I could get one? Let’s do better w training your staff on etiquette and professionalism. I always tip well over 20% and he still received his gracious tip even though it wasn’t earned. Ruth’s Chris is a celebratory destination for some and we dine out frequently. There is no reason why I receive better service at a lower price point local eatery than at this high end restaurant. We are paying for the whole experience and Ruth’s Chris failed us again. Will be dining at QW from now on.

   It was packed! No room for wait staff to get around the tables without bumping into your chair. Food was slow to come out and ran out of type of beer and Brussels sprouts. Wait staff and food were excellent, but the hostess area was packed and rude. We feel you were not prepared for Mother’s Day crowd.

   It was extremely busy, and it took several attempts to get our food right. We love Ruth’s Chris, but it did affect our Mother’s Day experience.

   Mother’s Day fail! We still had a good time, despite lack of time management ability and leadership from the manager on staff.

    With reservations it was a 25-30 minute wait. It took another 30 minutes to place order, an hour wait for food. The attention to service was just not there for a &400 meal for 3 people. There was no attentive staff removing crumbs from the table, there was no server checking to see if we needed anything or if our food was prepared to our liking. We were not offered steak sauce, pepper, additional beverages…nothing. I could have gotten this quality of service and food if not better at Longhorn. This venue has fallen waaay off. Disappointed is an understatement. It is not a fair trade off to ask customers to pay you premium prices for subpar service. I will not be returning.
