    The service and food at this location has always been top notch and superior to the downtown Greenville location in my opinion. Here they often have specials that elevate the experience. If there is something amiss, the management is right on top of it. Our server was Matt. He was super sweet, engaging and efficient. My daughter and I go every year to celebrate our joint birthdays and frankly there is no other place we’d rather go.

    Ruth Chris is a wonderful place for dinner. The bar is also very cozy and the bar tender was very knowledgeable. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary and they made it very special.

    This is one of our favorite stops in the Greenville area. I would recommend it for those traveling through or those looking for an upscale dinner away from downtown Greenville.

    This place is beyond amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the service, the cleanliness. I would give it a 20 star rating if I could. We had one small problem but the manager and server took care of it right away and everything was perfect. This is the best steak and lobster that we've had in South Carolina and we've been to a lot of places in different cities. We will be back when we come back to Greenville and when we're hungry for an amazing steak and great overall experience.

    We love this restaurant, but this night was awful. We ordered the fillets and neither was cooked properly. One was supposed to be medium well and was very medium, the other was supposed to be well and it was just a terrible cut of fillet. So we sent them back and they came back out wrong again neither cooked to order preference. So the manager said let’s start over, so they re cooked our meal for the third time before getting it right. This was very unusual for this restaurant. But to say the least the manager tried to handle this and did a very good job.
