    Great food and service. The consistency of each location is exceptional. This is why Ruth’s Chris is where we have been going to dinner every Christmas for several years!

    Food was great as usual and all was well until our waiter boxed our food, put out boxes in a bag, then put our bag on the FLOOR next to our table.

    My husband and I enjoy Ruth Chris Steak House every Christmas. It always has excellent food and service making it our special occasion place. It is expensive. We always enjoyed the previous location at the Embassy Hotel because of the elegant ambiance and quiet, private dining. The current crowded seating in a strip center is not right for fine dining. I understand that they may be moving. Hope they find a better location.

    I have been going to Ruth’s Chris for 20 years and this particular restaurant since 2019 when we moved here. I thought last night was the worst service I’ve had since dining at RC. Never got refills, steak was overcooked by a long shot and table mates gluten allergy was an afterthought with menu, bread or even dessert. I’ve had excellent service in this restaurant many times in 2024 and prior to. Last night was not up to standards of RC.

    The food was excellent. We were able to carry on a conversation with a table of seven and be heard. Excellent service.

    The lobster and shrimp that came w the pre fixe menu were a bit over done and rubbery. Other than that, the steak was delicious and perfectly done. 😀
