The food was good, but the filet wasn't as tender as as it usually is. The waitress was a little absent at times.

My husband and I had a great time Sunday evening at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. We decided to dine there before the Sebastian Maniscalco comedy show at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Sydney was our server and she was amazing! She offered great suggestions, paid attention to us throughout our dinner, and gave us top-notch service. The food was excellent and one of the best dining experiences we’ve had at a steakhouse in quite a while! Thank you for a delicious dinner!

Dinner was fantastic. Went on Saturday of Valentines Day weekend. Had a reservation and we were seated right on time. Ordered the filet and sea bass. Both were amazing but the sea bass was my favorite. Good portion and cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. We weren’t rushed and were able to take our time and enjoy our bottle of wine.

We had a fabulous dinner. I had the stuffed chicken and my husband had the Ribeye and all was cooked to perfection. Eric was our waiter and he was the best. We didn’t want for anything through out the night.

My steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) they brought out my girlfriends steak( medium) and they brought out well done. We sent back the first steak and they second one the brought out was blue on the inside so I finally found a manager ( charlotte) and she was super nice and respectful and wanted to comp my girlfriends meal and bring out a new hot plate to cook her steak more then as we wete walking back and older lady manager stopped both of us and said that she already sat at my table and asked my girlfriend how she was. Which made my gfs anxiety spike and she said she was fine. The manager then told us my gf said she was “perfect” and they did not comp her meal or any type of discount. Lucky out server( zoe 10/10!would recommend ) bought us a cheesecake which made our night not completely ruined.

Cydney our server, made for one of thee most, if the not the most enjoyable experience we've had at Ruth's Chris. She has a heart to serve coupled with excellent communication and willingness to guide and be helpful. Thanks Cydney for making our 11th Vday special!

Arrived at RC for our reservation on Valentines Day and were seated quickly. Caleb was our server, and he did a great job of welcoming us to RC. Menus were delivered and we were asked if he had been to RC before, which we had, so we really didn't have any questions. Our orders were taken, and the food was delivered to our table in a very timely manner. We both had shrimp cocktails which were excellent. I had the lobster bisque soup which also was outstanding. We both had the petite filets which were cooked to our liking. Steaks were very tender and make sure you don't touch those plates as they are on fire, so to speak, when they are delivered to your table. They warn you about this upfront. We didn't have drinks or deserts. Everything was incredibly good, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This was out second time dinning on Valentines Day at RC and I am sure it will not be out last. Also, I want to give a shout out to Caleb, our server as he did an incredible job of taking great care of us. Hope he someday gets to take that cruise we were talking about. Cheers.
