Our annual Thanksgiving dinner plans and the Irvine location never disappoints! Sally in the bar is amazing and KC took great care to make sure our evening was perfect.

A Thanksgiving tradition for the past few years, this year was no exception. Although our reservation was pretty early in the afternoon, it all worked out well. We also didn't get a window table as requested, but it worked out for the best, as we ended up having a great server!

Today was Thanksgiving and cannot tell you how amazing the Thanksgiving turkey dinner was! Aaron was our server and did an amazing job! We know Ruth Chris is always great with their steaks! But this was the first time trying it for Thanksgiving. It was amazing! They even gave you a little Thanksgiving dinner to go! A great value for a quality product!

The only thing management could do to improve this experience would be to implement some sort of dress code. We saw backwards baseball hats, tennis shoes, jeans, team jerseys, basketball shorts, and various other displays of bizarre clothing.

I made reservations 2 months ago and wanted later time but not avail. Then last minute new tables added in the bar. I did not want the bar but was taken there anyway. Others said no and were allowed in the main restaurant. I spoke up and was moved. Au gratin potatoes (my fav) were not like they used to be. Service was excellent. Rest of food excellent.

We were really disappointed by the service here. The food was great, but our overall experience was mediocre. Our server seemed very disinterested in us and forgot several of the items we ordered. He completely forgot to put in my wife's order, so we had to remind him and her food came out much later. When we got home, we also realized he never brought out one of the appetizers we ordered. It was a struggle to get his attention for the check to close out our meal. Even though the steaks are good, the price we paid wasn't worth the experience. We don't plan to come back.

The Thanksgiving lunch experience was outstanding, marked by excellent food and service. Despite a minor issue with our table, Jasmine and Scott promptly resolved it with professionalism and positivity. Scott, the new manager of this location, stopped by our table to check in, and his gracious demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Our server, Arthur, was attentive, courteous, and personable, providing excellent menu recommendations. He was particularly considerate of my daughter's nut allergies, ensuring her meal was prepared safely while showing kindness to both of us. Despite living in Irvine, we typically dine at Mastro's in Beverly Hills as the steakhouse has superior service. However, today’s experience has changed our perspective—especially if we can have Arthur as our waiter. The combination of impeccable food and exceptional service has made this location a standout choice.
