Ruth’s Chris has always produced a very good dining experience for me; however, we found the bar area at this location very noisy and rowdy; not the ambiance that befits the elegance of the restaurant’s main dining area. My suspicion for this is the restaurant is located inside the Embassy Suites hotel, in which case there were a lot of non-dining guests showing us for a casual bar experience mixed in with guests that were choosing a more formal dining experience. Many of the bar guests were very casually dressed and loud. Some were arriving from the KSU football game and it was just an odd constellation of guests seeking to achieve two very different restaurant experiences. Other Ruth’s Chris restaurants that I’ve visited in the past were all 100% oriented around a semi-formal/formal dining experience, regardless of whether guests were choosing the bar or dining room. I actually prefer this scenario, as it is more reflective of the Ruth’s Chris brand as a whole.

The food and service were amazing as always. The only negative was the noise level in the room we were in. It was a smaller room to the right. But the food was so delicious!

Our waiter, Jay, had trained but we were his first table ever, as a waiter. He is knowledgeable, friendly and provided exceptional service. Jay converses with the guests, making them feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The food is always delicious.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary 11/15/24. Matthew was a wonderful server. We had a wonderful meal and a delicious cheesecake dessert.

The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared, as I have come to expect at ANY Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. What placed this visit above all others, was our server Melody! 🎵 Melody was the PERFECT server. Melody’s recommendations were better than we could have imagined. Melody was there exactly when we needed her, and invisible when we were enjoying each other. Our experience would be rated 5 out of 5, but with Melody’s attention to every detail, our experience was a solid 7 out of 5! Thank You Melody, you made our evening PERFECT!

We celebrated our daughters 22nd birthday at the Kennesaw location. Everyone was so delightful! Each person made it a point to wish her a happy birthday. Our server, Matthew was phenomenal! He quickly answered any questions that we had regarding the menu. Our daughter was presented a beautiful Happy Birthday plate of three small cheesecakes with strawberries and cream for each of us. Please consider celebrating here for any occasion- They definitely make a person feel extra special! (just let them know ahead of time what you are celebrating)
