Ruths Chris Steak House serves the finest aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef. Broiled in a trademark 1,800° oven & served on a plate heated to 500 degrees, your steak is presented sizzling hot at your table.

Don’t get me wrong the food was tasted great. But our server was NOT. Honestly, for the amount it costs to go here. The service should be top notch. To start off we got bread at our table to start with no butter. After asking 3 times we finally got the butter 15mins later after the bread was already cold. Next my wife order a specific wine and didn’t even receive that one. Also my wife order a blue cheese crust for her filet, when they brought it out and didn’t have it on there. So they said they could bring it on the side. Which makes no sense because it should’ve been cooked on the steak to begin with. Overall the service was horrendous. For this amount of money it should be at minimum good service. Honestly go to another steak house if you care about good quality service.

Walked in the door and the whole bar area smelled like a toilet. We should have left immediately. Steak was mediocre and under cooked; had organ meat taste to it. Lobster tail was mush. Cheesecake tasted like a refrigerator. Salad greens were brown. Not at all worth the hype.

The food and service were good but not outstanding, especially for the price. It is quiet enough to hear your table mates but not conversations from other tables. It is also dark which makes it romantic but hard to read the menu. I also find it very dangerous to serve food on 500 degree plates and was actually splashed with hot oil/butter when my steak and lobster was served. We will go to other restaurants for better steaks.
