At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavour and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    Had a great experience the steaks were all cooked perfectly to order and were generous in size. I would recommend buying wine by the bottle as the by the glass option were not a good value. The service was fantastic as our waiter was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu

    Ordered 2 petite filet MEd-rare. Both came out blue or rare. If a steak house can't cook a pieve of steak to fight temperature, why call yourself a Steakhouse? They took away all of our food and brought back the exact same pieces of meat. I'm not paying top dollar for recooked meat. That's disgusting and shameful. Manager brought back our meals, but that's it. He didn't apologize or anything. Worst customer service at a Ruth's Chris ever. You're not ponderosa or outback.. You're Ruth's Chris. Very dissapointing

    The service and ambiance were excellent. The food was wonderful however the steak we ordered as medium was overcooked. While it still tasted very good it was a disappointment to see this at a renowned steak house. Everything else was very good.
