We had a reservation for 8:00 p.m. but we were not sat until around 8:30 p.m. I would suggest not allowing walk-ins on Holiday evenings to prevent delay in reservations. Food and service was good.

We recognized we were there on New Years Eve, but even so this was mediocre at best. Our filet was fine, lamb chops were underwhelming. Slow bar service. Open Table overview indicates complimentary valet parking, but there was an $8 fee. We did have a terrific server who was the highlight of this experience. At $150+ per person and given and significant competition in Nashville this should have been a better experience.

We had 6:45pm reservations for nye - we were not seated til 7:20pm - our server was not very attentive - we had to keep asking for refills & etc They seemed overwhelmed with NYE - it was not a the Ruth Chris experience we hoped but the food was amazing.

Food nothing special. High price. Some items arrived cold like our creamed spinach and coffee. Not impressed. Did not taste great. Disappointing. Not a nice ambiance. Expected much better for Ruth’s Chris. Bummer anniversary celebration.

Amir took excellent care of us providing awesome service! Gordon stopped by and gave us great tips too! It was a wonderful evening and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Great service, meal was delicious and management was attentive. I was very surprised that upon leaving we were charged $8.00 for valet parking. With the $10 tip, it was an unusually expensive parking for the hour we were there. Very unusual for an upscale restaurant in Nashville to charge for valet parking.

Loved our dinner. Loved our waiter. Ambiance was good but initially placed by the door and there was a definite breeze. However, they moved us promptly and with willingness to please. Loved the staff. Food was excellent and perfectly prepared.

We ordered the steak and shrimp. While the beef was good, the shrimp was cold and tasteless. The crab cake was dry and lacked lemon butter. The worst part was the bread pudding; the picture showed it with Jack Daniel's whiskey sauce, but it arrived dry and without any sauce. I did call the manager the next day to inform him.

Very disappointed in this location. We made a reservation and when we arrived we were told that they had no room in the restaurant so they sat us in a banquet room in the hotel completely cut off from the restaurant. It also states that valet is free which is not the case anymore. They said they changed that a few months ago and have not updated their marketing material. Overall this place completely misled us. They should have called me to ask if we would be comfortable sitting in a banquet room ahead of our arrival. Worst Ruth's Chris ever.
