    I had reserved a table at this restaurant for 7pm but after 20 minutes we were invited to the dinner table. And we waited until 8pm to be asked what kind of food we wanted and we received our food at 8:30pm. That is, we waited for 1.5 hours for our food. Our food was beef and unfortunately burnt and with cold ground and unfortunately I could not eat the food because it was very salty and salty. And we paid a lot but it was very bad. I will never go back to this restaurant.

    It is insufficient for the flagship outlet of Ruth's (no matter what is the key outlet nationwide, the principal New Orleans will always be the flagship in my book) to have servers who cannot keep up. The problem was definitely not the kitchen – the kitchen was cranking it out and all the food was out-of-sight delicious. Nice server, but too much deer in the headlights.

    It was my birthday dinner and I made reservations. I didn’t get placed until an hour and 30 mins after my reservations which pushed my time of leaving back. The manager put a rush on the food so I wouldn’t be late to my next event which was great of her! But our waiter had some issues. Someone took his phone and everything went left from there. We were the last people to leave the restaurant after no one tried to help him get us out of there.

    I come here quite often and I’ve always loved the food. But the last couple of times I’ve come the steak has been too salty to even consume. Everything else was fantastic though and the service is always great.
