    Service was prompt and staff friendly and welcoming. Food was excellently seasoned and prepared. Steaks cooked perfectly to requested temperatures. Side dishes plentiful and well prepared. Excellent place if in a mood for a great steak dinner.

    Annemarie is an excellent server and helped my wife order safe gluten free food for my wife who has celiac disease. We both had filets which were cooked to perfection. I added the lobster tail and my wife had shrimp with her steak. The Brussel Sprouts were excellent and the mashed potatoes also. We had two very yummy deserts. We were staying at Caesar’s. We were able to charge to the room but not use a celebration dinner as the restaurant is not totally affiliated with the casino. But it didn’t damper what we thought of dinner or the staff.

    Was very pleased with accommodation at such a short notice but service and food was 1.5/5 the server Warren I believe tried his best to explain the menu but may have been upset since the restaurant closed at 11 and we arrived at 1055pm with last min reservation. His attitude seemed very passive aggressive which set a bad tone for the night. Some of the food was over cooked and tasted very fishy. Overall the prices we very reasonably just wish we had a better experience

    Our Server was wonderful. He answered all of our questions. He was quick and so nice and pleasant.

    We’ve been to other Ruth’s Chris restaurants around the country before so we expected the one in New Orleans would be over the top. The bread was barely warm. My wife had the French onion soup which was okay, I had the chopped salad which was also okay. My bone in filet was great as was the sweet potato casserole. My wife ordered the crab cakes but found shells in the first one so they took it back and brought her shrimp cocktail. She also ordered roasted Brussels sprouts which were mushy instead of the crispy ones we’ve had elsewhere. The bill came and the crab cakes were still on it. A manager took them off the bill for us. Disappointing experience for a usually great restaurant. We won’t be back.

    Great experience as always, never disappoint. First Ruth’s Chris experience was in New Orleans many years ago and always a must stop when in town.

    We arrived to fresh rose pedals on our table. Our server Troy was amazing and very attentive. Made our anniversary so much more special.
