My family had high expectations for dining at Ruth's Chris. However, we ran into a couple of issues on how our food, particularly, the soup, salad and steak, was prepared and served. Soup (Lobster Bisque) was subpar, the taste was not as I have expected. My wife's Caesar salad had no dressing, it was completely missed. My son's steak was overcooked, when it was supposed to be "medium rare" My steak was prepared unevenly, it was supposed to be "medium rare", as well, but in some portions, it was cooked as "medium" Overall, very disappointed with the food especially from a restaurant like Ruth's Chris, we were not comfortable with how our server responded to all these issues we've encountered throughout the dinner experience.

Heather was an amazing bartender. We had a drink at the bar before dinner and then had a chocolate martini for dessert. Our server was also great

We enjoyed amazing food in a semi-private booth in the bar. The service is impeccable and without a doubt, the best around. I would highly recommend.

Our server, Kim, was so damn amazing to my 8-year old grandson that I told her manager and we WILL be back to visit with HER.

Excellent steak, fish and service. Only minor gripe is they do not allow any outside wine, even with corkage charge.

My fiance and I had our anniversary dinner here and the food and service was great. Kendra was our server and she was one of the best servers I’ve had in Indy. Highly recommend.

We went there for a quiet Sunday lunch. The two bartenders and a waiter were having a loud conversation about the college basketball on the large monitor. Not really the thing to help an afternoon lunch. Unfortunately, our waiter was not much better. He has served us before. I don't know if he had too many tables or he was just forgetting things. It became frustrating because I had to repeat requests numerous times (e.g., we also ordered some take out salads and shrimp cocktail. There times I asked for these and they were never brought to our table. Eventually, I had to go the front desk to ask for my carryout).
