   Our server Ann was great. My NY Srip was good but not great. I also thought that a 9 ounce pour of Justin Cab for $29.00 was over the top. Restaurant is very nice and parking was good.

   Food was phenomenal. Had our plates for less than 10 minutes, we weren’t done eating and our plates were taken away and boxes up between bites. Restaurant was quiet and not crowded. It was an hour and a half before closing time.

   This restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food and service. Really lacked customer service. The manager asked about our experience and we told her there were some issues and instead of fixing them she went to our server and essentially told her that we complained about her - which we hadn’t. My steak was raw - not rare - purple and I had ordered it medium. They mixed up several of our orders. But the worst part was the lack of service. From the moment we walked in we felt that we were a burden. We were 30 min early and they said they couldn’t seat us but wouldn’t Even give us an answer about how we would know when our table was ready. This was a $700 Applebees meal. No offense to Applebees - it’s a far better dining experience. Go to St. Elmo’s if you want a nice upscale dining experience.

    Service was excellent. Our waiter was by quite often and was really one of the best Food was just as we ask for.
