    Always a wonderful experience and delicious food but the experience was all enhanced by our wonderful server. She was amazing and just so warm and thoughtful. Thank you!

    I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes.

    Service was ok at best, not even close to “full” when I left. No chance at having a private or intimate conversation, the tables are right on top of each other

    We haven’t been to the downtown location in years and although the food was very good it wasn’t up to our expectations. We took the family first my son’s birthday so it was the kids’ first experience with a fancy restaurant. Although our server (who told us she had just started the job) was very nice the service was incredibly slow. We got our appetizers before our drinks, it was an hour before we were offered a second drink, one of the side dishes came out cold and she rarely checked back with us. It took 45 minutes to get dessert served and we wound up being there over 3 hours. I realize it’s longer for good food but the service just wasn’t attentive enough for these prices.

    The food was delicious. We went for my Husband’s birthday while in town for the Ravens vs Broncos game. The waiter forgot a few things but overall it was a great experience.

    We absolutely LOVE this particular Ruth’s Chris! The star is always the best! Shakima, our waitress, and her entire crew were amazing and made our anniversary dinner so special! This is the 10th anniversary for us at Ruth’s Chris and we will continue to celebrate more, God Willing!
