    Unfortunately, Ruth’s will never be the same after being acquired. The food isn’t worth the price. Even the salads have fallen off. What a shame, I loved Ruth’s.

    It was busy, and steaks were a little over the temps we requested, but food was as good as it always is at Ruth's Chris. Service is always good.

    Totally different experience from downtown Jacksonville one. Sent back steak and lobster being over cooked and still was over cooked second time. Just didn’t say anything else.
