    Being Valentine’s weekend, the restaurant as expected was very bustling and packed with parties, so the wait for food was unusually long. But the food was still exquisite particularly the vegetables. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and evening.

    Service was either too busy at or understaffed. Food was good but not great. Lobster tail was small and over salted. One steak was perfect and one over cooked but tasted fine. One side served hot and was lukewarm. Restaurant was very busy.

    We honored my step son’s 13th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make him feel celebrated and special. We’ve been loyal customers to this location and will continue doing so. Highly recommend. Special mention: MJ at the front desk. She was pleasant, bubbly, attentive, and a pleasure to be greeted by.

    Ruth’s Chris handled the Valentine’s Day crowd very well. They were about 30-45 min behind on reservations so we sat at the bar and waited for our table. The bartender was great and the All Star Weekend activities were playing on the TV. Once our table was ready, the great service continued with Jim. The food was delicious and the cocktails were also great, made the wait worth it. Will definitely return to this location on a non holiday evening.

    Well we had an 8:15 reservation and did not get seated till 9:05. The waiting area was so loud and people were literally on top of each other, very uncomfortable. Once seated the wait for drinks was lengthy and we had to ask for bread the waiter kept apologizing for the wait. Food was very good, great taste and very flavorful. There was a table next to us that was overly loud and intoxicated, not good for a romantic valentine dinner!

    Horrible experience especially with the seater at the entrance . And reservation time for 7:45 and could not be seated till 8:45 .

    I had reservations for Valentine’s Day but they were behind with seating people. This actually made a couple cancel their reservation because it took too long to get a table. Our waiter, Christian was amazing, wanted to point that out. My steak was fine but the brussel sprouts were not seasoned enough. I’ve been to this location before but didn’t have a problem until now. The excuse when I asked why do I have to wait if I have reservations, was “oh it’s Valentine’s Day”. If people have reservations, there’s no excuse to not seat them on time. I reserved a table over a month in advance just to wait to be seated like a walk in customer. I even arrived 20 minutes early before my reservation time. Do better.

    Reservation was for 7 didn’t get sat until 7:30, service was bad and our food was cold, undercooked and disgusting. And on top of that we had to pay a crazy amount of money so overall a horrible experience.

    I mean its Ruth Chris. You know what your getting. They have been consistant for years. Get what you pay for as they say. Only steak better Ive had while eating out would be a prime wagyu but that should be expected. If your looking for a great steak, great servers and great atmosphere cant go wrong with Ruth.
