   I was telling my friends, always get me a Ruth’s Chris gift card! This restaurant is so consistent and delicious. The food was superb! The customer service was excellent to detail.

   Great experience curated by Brandon - our host/waiter for the evening at our table. Amazing drinks, and do get the bone in ribeye and the Mac and cheese! Thank you Brandon! Great service, personality and curation of a good evening.

   Everything was fine until the experienced waitress made a rookie mistake. After the entrees were delivered to our table, she abandoned us and NEVER bothered to check in to see how the food was. As I happened my $85.00 steak was overcooked and I wanted to bring this to her attention. As I was unable to ever make eye contact with her I literally had to flag down the manager. To his credit he quickly did everything possible to correct the situation. My waitress......? She completely blew it. When I am spending $85.00 for an entree I rightfully expect the upper tier in service. Our waitress?? She didn't even come close.

   RC is always consistent with excellent service. Can’t complain! The Pavilions location is one of the best ones I’ve been to. It has never failed me.

   The manager was so kind- accommodating us as we were a larger party than anticipated. The servers worked so hard and were so pleasant. Food was delicious. Those brussel sprouts are my favorite! Thanks to all who took great care of us- it was a wonderful birthday celebration.
