                                                                                                    Il costo vale la pena la qualità si paga e qui c’è sia in termini di materia prima che di servizio, quasi di altri tempi ormai abituati a servizi sbrigativi qui si riassapora un attenzione all’ospite un po’ persa nel tempo lo consiglio vivamente

                                                                                                    We love Ruth’s and go probably quarterly. This visit was more disappointing than it usually is. My filet had way more gristle than is normal, and it was difficult to cut through. They also didn’t have a working soda machine. When I ordered a soda it came out as colored carbonated water. She said they were using it from a can instead, but I’ve never had a can taste that way. Also, if they’re going to be serving it from a can and not as a fountain drink I want to be told before hand. Drinks from a can taste different than from a fountain, and I would have just decided to forego the drink from the beginning. Overall, not the most impressive visit. Hopefully it’s better next time as, normally, we love Ruth’s.

                                                                                                    We had two waiters. Both named John. However only one introduced himself to us and served us. He was great, very attentive and polite. The second waiter never approached us.

                                                                                                    Food was amazing! Service was great other than the waiter forgetting limes that we requested when we ordered our drinks. Also the table we were at was so close to the people behind us that every time their waiter would come talk to them I thought he was talking to me so that was annoying.

                                                                                                    As always, Ruth's Chris offers the best steaks, seafood, and sides. Their entire staff is also wonderful - They're attentive, courteous, and welcoming and made our family's night out even more special for our event. I highly recommend a reservation so you can reassure you get a table especially around holidays.

                                                                                                    Everything was dang good! The service was top notch and the manager came and spoke to us and was a cool guy! I was actually really impressed, which helped soften the blow of the check. Still hurt, but it was worth going for a special occasion.
