   Great experience! Truly enjoyed the ambiance and the service was excellent. The food was good with the exception of the lobster macaroni and cheese. I was truly disappointed with that particular dish. Other than that I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   This was a very upsetting experience, we love Ruth Chris, this was our 1st time visiting the Ruth Chris in Savannah Ga and it’ll probably be our last. The customer service was very dry, our server was ok he seem like maybe he was just burnt out. The tables weren’t very clean, the fruit flies were annoying and the area we sat in had a very musty odor, the food was disappointing overall not the typical experience we have at other Ruth Chris restaurants

   Great ambience, loved music, great service by Jameel, vey good crab cakes, but my NY strip steak wasn’t up to usual Ruth’s Chris standards. While cooked very well. The meat wasn’t well trimmed, had too much gristle, fat and something didn’t seem right with the texture- maybe frozen and thawed multiplectimes. It was also the smallest 16 ox. Steak I ever had. I pointed it out to Jameel and management took $10 off our bill, which I did not ask for. I put an extra $10on the tip.

   Our server Matthew was amazing best service I’ve ever had me and my fiancé were celebrating our recent engagement and he was so thrilled for us and gave us free desert! Will be coming back!

   I love Ruth! To a fellow laboratorian - Ruth created a first class dining experience! We had outstanding service and as always, a delicious meal! Thank you to the Savannah team!

   It was a very pleasant experience. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. The food was amazing. The ambiance is unmatched I loved the dim lighting in our closed off nook ❤️

    Best steak of my life! The classic filet did not disappoint and Ella’s service was tremendous. A great experience and date night well spent with my lady.
