Had reservations for 2. Server seemed nice when she introduced herself. We ordered right away and got the salad/lobster bisque not long afterwards. However, it took an hour and 20 mins to receive our food, which the chicken was delicious but the steak wasn't overall medium-rare. Some parts medium rare and others medium well/well done. Eventually the server returned to apologize for the inconvenience due to a 50 top taking up their time, which it seems they were not prepared for. Server stated that the manager would be by to talk to us, which the manager did not. The gentleman went to all of the other tables in the room except for ours. They offered desserts for the inconvenience. Overall not the best experience.

Food was good. Server was super nice, but kept apologizing as to why the bread and the food was delayed due to a larger party they were hosting. I go to Ruths Christ once a year and had to ask for my water to be refilled and condiments twice and was given excuses that made me feel that we were not a priority.

Excellent staff, but the food was disappointing. We paid over $400 for medium rare filets that arrived at our table medium well, and crème brûlée that arrived with a burnt sugar topping. We have had steak dinners at Longhorn Steakhouse that were better. The coffee was really good.

Our server, Mary Alexis, was wonderful. It is obvious she loves her job and customers. The food was delicious, though it did take the kitchen a while to get it to us. My only complaint is that my steak came out undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. Mary Alexis handled it flawlessly. She communicated well and made our anniversary feel special.

Great food as usual. The service was outstanding. Although the staff was working on Christmas day they genuinely seemed to enjoy serving us.

I mean, what can you say that hasn’t been already said? This is truly a fantastic Ruth’s Chris as I have been to many, but the service was impeccable on top of incredibly beautiful and delicious food.

This was our first experience at Ruth’s Chris and we were blown away. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all 10/10. One of the best meals we’ve all enjoyed. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was inviting. The waiter mediocore. However, the value would deter me from going back. Two people one appetizer, two drinks, and two steaks with a tip was 410.00. It was Christmas Eve and a special occasion but that is a little to the extreme. The steak was delicious but not worth the return.
