Jameel is the best server at Ruth’s Chris- whenever we go we always ask for him and at this point he’s like family. He is so attentive to our needs, especially with my mom having a dairy allergy. Food is amazing as always but Jameel makes the night fun and enjoyable

We had two great men waiting on our party last night. They were so welcoming and did a great job. The food was really good. We would definitely return.

Service (Lindsey) was excellent- food was ok- nothing special- decor lacked thanksgiving feel. Much less Xmas decorations😢 All in all a good decent meal I would go again

A very disappointing experience, food was cold and had to send back. Ruth Chris did not provide a wonderful Thanksgiving experience.

Overall negative experience for Thanksgiving meal. 3 hour experience from start to finish. Waitress was triple seated and let us know. Took a while to get drinks ordered. Took longer to get our bottle of wine after having to confirm what it was multiple times. Took 1 hour to get an appetizer. Ordered the thanksgiving meal. They did not have the advertised soup. The food was played sloppy. The carrots used were baby carrots(I don’t think this was meant to be). They did not have the advertised dessert for the meal. Disappointing experience.

Our server, Matty, made our experience just perfect! What a wonderful Thanksgiving meal!! We had a table of seven and our food was absolutely delicious. The service could not have been any better!

Always a great food experience but the service is slow. We usually end up waiting for a table even though we have a reservation and then the table service is very (extremely) slow. If you are in a hurry for a follow-on event, be sure to allow extra time.
