   We’ve been coming to this location of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse annually on Saint Patrick’s weekend for many many years. 1. Our server was not attentive enough. There were too many long breaks in between interactions. 2.  we were the only ones in the dining room with our leftovers in a brown to go bag versus everyone else who had a Ruth’s Chris standard to go bag for their leftovers. We expected the standard bag for the amount of money we spent on the meal.  3. The ladies restroom was not attended to. There were rolls of toilet paper all over the floor in the second stall. 4. When made aware of the situations, an apology was offered… 5. We have another reservation today with two other couples who will join us. I will highly recommend that we go somewhere else. There are too many other great customer service options available!

   This was my first time here and It was amazing! Our waitress Deon was amazing and the gentleman who brought my meal out as well!

   Our server, Bruce, was amazing. The food was delicious. The broccoli was ok. We did the paring dinner. They even went as far as to put together a drink I make at home.

   They seated us at front of restaurant and we had a large party of 25 or more people right behind us. They were celebrating an engagement and it was very loud and not a great atmosphere for a dinner out. Management should have put this party in the back of the restaurant in the room. Whoever is seating guest should get some training. I told the front my concerns. They apologized but that was all. I doubt I’ll get any compensation for terrible night at Ruth Chris.

   The showstopper was the Old Fashion! I have never had a better well balanced cocktail in my life. Of course the steak was as always top quality and our server Mary Alexis was so sweet and attentive! Love Ruth’s Chris…..never lets you down!

   Always a great meal at Ruth Chris. While we enjoyed the meal, we felt a bit rushed. The restaurant was empty. We had barely finished our appetizers, with some dishes still on the table, when dinner was brought out. It would have been nice to relax a bit between courses. Maybe the waiter could check the timing with the diners.

   Waited for lobster bisque, arrived cold. Only offered to reheat the remaining soup. Could not find the server after dessert. Another server had to bring the check. Pretty poor for that price point.

    Excellent experience. Josh our waiter was wonderful. A nice evening out. Food was fantastic. Andrew the manager was very friendly and made sure all were enjoying their experience.
