    I had a great birthday dinner! It was me and my friends birthday we were served by a great person he made sure of us to have a great night!

    I ordered the ribeye and I’m not sure if they baste it in a butter sauce but they should use a non salted butter because the entire steak tasted so salty I couldn’t eat half of it. I had to mix it with mashed potatoes to be able to eat it. My husband ordered a tomahawk and he asked for medium, and cut into it and it’s was rare still. The server was taking foreverrrrr to get to us, but had no problem giving us our check right away. Overall 6.4/10.

    Leo. These 5 stars for Leo. Truth be told, we go to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse every couple years at best. We know we can get an excellent steak and know what to expect regarding atmosphere. My wife and I also like to try new restaurants whenever possible. However, tonight we were ushered through a refreshingly authentic experience by Leo. We didn’t just eat a well prepared meal brought to us by a polished professional, though we did do that. We were truly served a memorable experience by someone who does not merely wait tables but has honed a craft. It takes someone truly special to leave you feeling befriended in just an hours time. Whether he’s a natural, disposing decades of experience or both; he brought RCS back from the brink of obscurity for us. I am somewhat reluctant to leave reviews but when something like tonight occurs, I’m left without a choice. We will be back, and we will always ask for Leo.

    We were seated at the time of our reservation, assistant waiter promptly brought us bread and filled water glasses. Waited a bit for main server. Ordered a bottle of wine, then waited at least 15 minutes. Spilled all over our tablecloth. He did not have anyone taste the wine, just poured for everyone. The we ordered our meal. And we waited. People that ordered after us were getting their food. Finally it was delivered by the kitchen runner staff. Our asparagus was not brought with all the other food, and she said she would go right back to get it. Never came. Our waiter never checked back with us to see if we had everything and to ask how our meal was. When the bus boy came to clear dishes, we asked to talk to the manager. Our asparagus was delivered to table when everyone was done eating. Waiter told us that he would take the asparagus off our bill. Nope, it was on the bill. Then we waited and waited for our dessert. Finally we flagged down the manager to see if he could get our desserts. Within a minute he was at the table with them. Our bill arrived, we waited for waiter to come back and tell him of the correction needed. After 15 minutes he hadn’t returned. One of our party went and stood by the cashier station for the manager to correct our bill and take payment. Nothing about this visit was enjoyable, except the delicious steak. The shrimp on top of one of the filets was cold, another was hot. We will not return to this restaurant anytime soon. Numerous apologies from manager. Our waiter seemed to be more worried about busing tables than taking care of his patrons.

    We have always enjoyed coming here and eating on the patio but tonight was not one of those nights. In fact it was our anniversary and this meal ruined our night. The service was terrible. Shay our waiter must have been new or at least I hope so. It took forever to get seated even with reservations. They claimed to be short staffed. We didn’t get bread for 45 minutes and our dinners were not what we ordered. The waiter never came back to check on us to order more drinks or see if we needed anything and didn’t even acknowledge our anniversary even with it marked on the reservation. Needless to say we won’t be going back anytime soon.

    Many updates need to be done at this location. The outside patio was very dirty, they had the propane tanks just sitting in a corner for their heating lamps. The bus stations near the restrooms were overflowing with plates and food, and our server was almost nonexistent. I do feel that this restaurant is going downhill, has for a couple of years, which is too bad because it used to be our favorite place.
